Experience

Use around 3g of tea leaves for 200 ml, with more or less depending on how strong you like your tea. Steep with boiling water for at least 30 seconds.

Appearance: Brown gray leaves that steep into a golden brown liquor.

Taste: Subtle savory mineral quality and sweet floral finish.

Health benefits

Oolong tea can help with losing weight and lowering cholesterol, according to both Western and Traditional Chinese medicine. This could be because it stimulates metabolism. It can also reduce stress and increase mental alertness. Oolong tea is partially oxidized, in levels from a wide spectrum from 8%-85%, so the vitamins and minerals range widely depending on the type of oolong.
